Catherine Dehon holds a Ph.D. in Sciences (Statistics) from the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), 2001. She is professor of Statistics and Econometrics at the Faculty SBS-EM, ULB. She was Vice-Rector and Director of the Teaching Department of the ULB from 2012 to 2017. She has contributed to the development of robust statistical methodology in regression problems and multivariate analysis. She is also interested in application of statistic and econometric methods on economic data, especially on economics of education. She has published articles in distinguished international reviews as Statistics and Probability Letters, The Canadian Journal of Statistics, Statistical Papers, La Revue de Statistique Appliquée, Annals of the Institute of Statistical Mathematics, Oxford Bulletin of Economics and Statistics, Computational Statistics and Data Analysis, Advances in Econometrics, Scientometrics, etc.
