Joske Graat is a PhD candidate at Utrecht University and is affiliated to the Utrecht Centre for Regulation and Enforcement in Europe (RENFORCE). Her PhD research focuses on the protection of citizens against arbitrary interferences with their
legal position in the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice. Alongside her PhD, she participated in research projects on whistleblower protection for the Albanian Ministry of Justice and on the transfer of prisoners and the investigatory powers of OLAF for the European Commission.
