Dr Perrine Simon is currently Liaison Officer for the University of Luxembourg based in Vientiane, Laos working with the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the National University of Laos. She holds a PhD in EU Criminal law ('The criminalisation competence of the European Union. Research on the European criminal power') from the University of Luxembourg and the University Paris Est. She is qualified in France as Assistant Professor in France in public law.
