Annie Hondeghem is Full Professor at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Director of the Public Governance Institute, KU Leuven, Belgium, where she also co-ordinates the Policy Research Centre on Governance Innovation. She holds a Ph.D. in Social and Political Sciences. Annie is a specialist in the domain of public personnel management, policy on equal opportunities and diversity, and change management.
