Tom Massart is a FNRS Doctoral Research Fellow at the Université libre de Bruxelles where he is affiliated with the Cevipol (Centre d'étude de la vie politique). He specialises in European socio-economic governance, with a particular focus on the issues of European common debt and EU fiscal and budgetary reforms. His doctoral dissertation examines the emergence of common EU debt during the Covid-19 pandemic.
